I asked if the deposit was refundable she rudely said yes it would be refunded within 48 business hours. It has been 10 business days of 05/23/26 && I still have not received my $100 deposit that she guaranteed would be refunded. There were no issues with our room as it was ready when we arrived and exceptionally clean. Hotel has a nice sports bar/cafe and is also used for breakfast. Our rate included breakfast buffet which was not only convenient but included a variety of options.”

“This Hampton is hurting. It is dirty, outdated, worn, and not well maintained. Even the breakfast is not up to Hampton standards, there is no fruit or oatmeal, and other items they always have. Something had spilled on the floor of the elevator and it seems like concrete, it is stuck there in a nasty mess. Half the lights are burned out in the hallways, making the walk to the room dark.
