“The staff is amazing, But the hotel needs major renovations. The elevator was broken on our stay. The rooms were overly sprayed with deoderizer to mask the smell of old cigarettes.”

“The 2 days I stayed there were horrible. No ice machine was busted rusted and broke. The air conditioner was leaking water all over the carpet in my room.Told the staff the first day I was there and didn't even offer me another room. Then the key card wasn't working. When I did get into the room, packed my bags and left. Spend the rest of my stay in another hotel.”

“Horrible servicio y experiencia, solo por hacer un rewiew se enojaron los del hotel y hasta me cambiaron la clave de mi habitación porque estaban enojados por el rewiew que les hice, todas mis cosas adentro sin poderlas sacar hasta que sedieron a darme la clave porque les dije que los iba a reportar, no es profesional y el trato que me dieron es terrible, en mi consideración no deberian ser hotel hasta que no mejoren todos los aspectos, la habitación tenia moho en el baño y habian cucarachas...

“Up on arrival the staff refused to accept our prepaid reservation through Expedia, The Lady at the Counter was not only rude, but refused to give her name and the contact information to the person that I could complain to. Ended paying again because we needed a place to stay lack of availability in the area, due to other events. 2nd night while walking the dog, a lady approached me for help, because she could not find the night clerk to assist her in checking out, I walked up to the front...

“The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue.”

“Although I was disappointed that there was no orange juice or eggs on the morning I was there, I have to give this place a 5/5 because everything else was just perfect. The three main things I look for in a hotel room are quietness, comfortable bed, and good shower. This room was excellent in all three of these categories. The desk clerk was very apologetic regarding the deficiencies in the breakfast. She said that a supply truck had not arrived as scheduled. Hopefully this is a rare...

“Property was clean”

“Property is old and run down. The room 122 we had was not cleaned properly. The sheets were not fresh. The room had a musty odor. The bathtub faucet didn’t work. On the flip side, Gargi from the front desk provided great support. The breakfast was decent. Overall this doesn’t look and feel like a Wyndham property at all.”

“Our stay was excellent except for the air conditioning. It got warm in the bedroom. Maintenance came and fixed it, and it worked a little better. Rooms, staff, breakfast and Happy Hour were great!”
