“Love the location and the excellent service, it's a lovely place to stay. However sadly our toilet wouldn't flush properly.”

“Stayed for one night, which happened to be the hottest night of the year. Not the hotels fault, but the window in the room would not open. Hotel did supply fans but made little difference. Major issue was after a night in a 30 degree room there was no water for a shower, or the toilet. Spoke to manager who was stressed but apologetic who said the mains were off due to an issue which he hoped would be fixed at some point…. We left quickly to find somewhere to shower and was asked at reception if...

The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. “Arrived and checked in quickly. Efficient young chap did all the preliminaries and we headed to our room. Room was in the main building at the front. Large room with plenty of wall lights and lamps as well as spot lights. Lovely sized room and bathroom. Plenty of boiling hot water as soon as the tap was turned. Beds were clean and very comfy. “4 star Hotel close to the Hospital in Basingstoke. Pool and Gym Service (if u pick up wrong time pool is full of old English ladies). Rooms are ok, nothing special, needs to be renovated. Bar is pricey for the location and hotel general condition. Recommend for quick customer visit at the hospital.”

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza nel hotel e stata oscurata dalla sparizione di 3 articoli personali rubati dalla nostra stanza e della quale sparizione la direzione non ha voluto assumersi alcuna responsabilità. Uno degli articoli spariti dalla stanza erano un paio di Hermes sandali da donna nuovi dal valore di 580 euro. Mai più. Peccato davvero. ”
