“A truly unexpected experience for a first time visitor Staff were immediately helpful and friendly. Serving us our wine tasting experience with such knowledge, enthusiasm and laughs. Can’t forget charcuterie board!! The bottle upon arrival in our beautiful room to the morning breakfast made available was truly an absolute amazing experience. The hotel has both a swimming pool and a hot tub although it was not indicated to have a hot tub. Breakfast and all day coffee are great.”

“OUTSTANDING!! Stayed in one of the bungalows and am now looking into getting back there ASAP!! Everything is within walking distance and the beach is right outside your door. The newly renovated cottages take you back to an earlier time and the communal sitting areas and BBQs were well thought out. Every detail of this hotel had the guest experience in mind. A must stay when in Penticton!”

“On the second floor they had multiple seating areas and grilling areas so families could sit out and have private spaces as needed; there were sitting areas with cozy fires, so it was nice to relax by the fire and watch the sun go down. The foot wash station was a big hit with the kiddo for washing all the sand off the feet before going back to the room, and we also like the convenience of having extra beach towels at the desk if needed. I also liked the convenience of self checkin and checkout....
