* A minimum rental period of 7 days is required, and occupancy is restricted to two adults plus one child under six per bedroom.

* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license)

* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and prior to arrival.

* When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening. * No pets or dogs are allowed here. Damages incurred despite this reminder will incurred charges and fees.

* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)

* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

* No fireworks

* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only

* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
