“Everything was as expected”

“The property needs a lot of work. Our sheets kept coming off the bed and they were on inside out. Not quite sure they fit the bed. The lights by the sink and mirror were not very bright. The tub drain was broken and looked gross. The sink drain looked gross and the number on the outside of our door kept falling off. I know they have only owned the property 6 months so I hope they are still trying to fix the place up. The lobby looked clean and new though. The staff was very friendly”

“We had a junior suite. Excellent room-one of the best that I have ever stayed in, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was well presented. Would 100% choose to stay at this property again.”

“The first room had black mold all over the caulking in the bathtub. The clerk gave us another room. The second room had a hole in the wall, as if someone put a fist through it. The property hasn't been upgraded since Reagan was president. The beds were comfortable. We won't be back.”

“Room clean, however had a weird smell . Bed comfortable and appreciated the nice blackout curtains that actually kept light out . Shower tub was very slippery , recommend placement of anti slip strips . Good breakfast buffet”

“We stayed for 4 nights. Not once was our room cleaned. We had to flag a cleaning person down to get clean towels and our trash emptied. I made a request at the front reception to have our room cleaned. It was never addressed. I had a very disappointing experience.”
