“Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.”

We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. This room was clean and in a great location. ”
