“Room was very clean and with ample space to move around.”

“Check in was smooth, but the elevator and hallway of floor 2 were very smelly, sort of a mixture of cigarettes, weed, and stale humans. Thankfully the room was clean and odourless. Pool area did not have towels, but we went later in the evening so it was not too surprising. One of the two hot tubs was out of order and roped off, the hot tub that was available was clean and HOT. Did not get in the pool, but it looked clean and there was a family happily playing in the water together....

“This hotel feels neglected. First of all, the third floor reeked of marijuana. It wasn't just a touch, but a stench that was overwhelming and suffocating. In the room, the paint in the bathroom was peeling. On the floor, tiles were damaged and cracked. There were also multiple mystery stains on our walls too. I will not be staying here again. ”

“The staff was always helpful, specially during check-in when I had to extend my stay because of the weather. The rooms were clean and the lobby was confortable.”

“My room was clean but ran down. It was especially noticeable in the bathroom. The paint is slapped on and you can see where they got sloppy where the wall meets the ceiling. The shower head had calcium buildup. The doors looked rough. I interacting with 4 or 5 staff. One was over the phone on March 6. I was calling about a reservation and she kept cutting me off telling me to contact Expedia and when I tried explaining things she would cut me off and tell me she hasn’t heard of what I am talking...
