“We stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Eagan for 9 days this June for our daughter’s wedding, and this was our second stay here. We booked three rooms as well as the meeting room for a pre‑wedding event. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.The staff truly made our stay exceptional, Michael, Momin, and Sam were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even the general manager, Pravesh, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.It genuinely felt like a second home...

“The room was large and well planned out to have sofa, desk and breakfast bar near kitchen area Tv could be watched from the sofa or turned around to be seen from the bedroom Good shower over the bath Quire room easy to find”

“While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way.”

“Our room was very clean. It was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well-maintained with plenty of clean towels. The water was a bit on the cool side, but we got used to it in just a few minutes. The only issue is that we were given incorrect hours for the breakfast. We were told at check-in that it ended at 10am and it actually ended at 9am, so we almost missed it entirely. Apparently that is the weekend time and we were there during the week.”

“Room was clean and the stay was quiet. The building is wel maintained. There is no continental breakfast which is inconvenient but there is a Starbucks available in the building. The central courtyard is very pretty.”

“The hotel and staff were really nice, and the property was just what we needed for our road trip. The hotel accomodated our dog for a modest fee, which we appreciated.”

“The room was spotless, the beds are comfortable, the staff was friendly, the food was wonderful. My only suggestion is giving more information up front about valet, shuttle services location for pickup at airport, and having an easier checkpoint to get valet car services for pickup upon return. I still have 5 stars because it is deserved.”

“Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7am… staff didn’t show so no breakfast at 7am… no option to rent a movie on the television but you also couldn’t hook up a laptop with HDMI to play a movie. Little to no hot water for a shower… in the pictures there is a picture of a hot tub. However, no hot tub only a pool.”
