“Not even cleaning my room towels weren’t changed and garbage cans were not cleaned. My deposit is still not returned from my account & they have been sent back to my account during check out time but as of now nothing in my account.”

“Parking was confusing and took a bit to find where we should park in relation to our room. The room was so dirty I didn't want to shower as I thought I might pick something up. I am an asthmatic and had a hard time breathing all night, my son was up half the night itchy, we found in the morning mold on the wall by the window. I alerted the front desk upon check out. Overall not a good experience and I won't be back. I feel the room was definitely overpriced.”

“Hot tub and pool were not working Parking lot not feeling to safe Only had my room cleaned once. The toilet was broken, the shower wasn't working, and there was no hot water for a long time. The day my room got cleaned, someone put the lock latch on, but no one knew what to do. The so-called Managar didn't do much got me a skrew driver and it took me a hour and a half before I finally got in my room not impressed with the hotel and then they had no coffee in the morning ”

“The AC was very noisy. Asked to have someone look at it someone did come but couldn't do anything. I went out for the after and when i came be my door was open. I dont know how long it was like that. Room was clean. Staff is very nice. Your outside however was very bad. Ones of out team player fell in the parking lot. I had a bad fall on the side walk. My disappointment was that no one asked how we were feeling after the fall. Your maintenance outside need a lot of work during winter. Spoil milk...
