“Front desk was super nice. Rooms looked clean. People cleaning around the parking lot all the time. Had two rooms one on the first floor on on the second. There was a roach crawling down the wall in the room on the first floor when we walked in.”

“The room was amazing!! The beds were so comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. It had a lot of coset space and I loved being able to choose where to sit, whether the sofa the table or the bed. I will definitely be going back!!”

“Our room was clean. We were pleased with the customer service of the two front desk staff. They handled each guest with great hospitality. I'm highly impressed. They were patient with us and made our stay pleasant with their great attitudes and service. I can't remember their names, but I want to say Jennifer and Troyshonda. Amazing job.”

“Everyone at the Russell Inn is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean. Breakfast is amazing. The area is quiet and close to MSU, places to eat and shop. Russell Inn is the ONLY place we stay when we visit our daughter in Starkville!!”

“Our rooms were excellently cleaned! The staff was amazing and we ended up getting in earlier than expected so I called to see Could we come on and check in and they allowed us to!!! All the cleaning staff were amazing and front desk staff things our 3rd time using this facility and anytime we are in town we will always stay with the courtyard!!!!!”
