“Initial impression: irritation. Check-in time was 4:00PM. Waiting in hot parking lot. Email came in at 4:04 with unit # and lockbox code. Why not 4 minutes early instead of 4 minutes late??? The unit was in excellent condition with new sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Many appreciated small touches like towel bar system behind bathroom door. Thank you for coffee and filters! “The second floor condo was in an idyllic location with a beautiful view of the Gulf from the condo & balcony. We rented bikes for 4 of our 7 days there and were able to store them in a secure location. Then we were able to ride out to Ft De Soto 2 of our days w the other days riding in the mornings around friendly neighborhoods and adjoining Skyway Trail. “Very quite complex. Easy to get in and out. Blackout curtains would be very helpful, the security lights on outside were very bright.Communication with owner was super easy and questions were answered quickly. Upgrades were very nice. ”

“We had the best time here. Tierra Verde is an absolute hidden gem! The rental matches the pictures perfectly! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. However lacking glassware, no wine glasses :(Just be aware this is a very quiet community, do not book if you’re looking for a party. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation I could not recommend this any more.”
