“Very pretty looking coach house placed in the centre of town with its own parking.Extremely clean rooms. Good cooked breakfast to start day. Prefect place to stay while visiting the area.”

“I came in on the late ferry arriving just before midnight, expecting a room key left on the desk; nope, a sweet lady greeted me & carried my suitcase up to my room. Didn’t expect that so late in a small hotel in a small village. Room had everything I needed. They were fine with me leaving my suitcase for a while in the morning while I went for a walk. Very convenient to both the ferry & train station.”

“Prime location for central access. Had to bring our own cot as property does not provide them. Property fairly newly renovated, but lots of snagging required throughout the room, attention to detail needs refining (shower screen soiled with water marks, tap/shelf loose fittings, sealant coming away around the bathroom/bedroom, paint chips/marks over walls need touching up, balcony outside had soiled decking and furniture and faux plant/pots broken, wonky. “Eins der schönsten Hotels in denen wir je übernachtet haben. Wunderschöner ruhiger Garten, leise Umgebung, abseits der Stadt im Wald. Frühstück nicht sehr umfangreich aber sehr lecker. Leider keine gekochten Eier.”

“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

“L’hotel è gestito con molta attenzione all’ospite. Quando siamo arrivati già si erano informati sulla nostra provenienza e siamo stati trattati benissimo. All’interno un ristorante eccellente. L’hotel è di fronte al castello e vicinissimo a negozi ed altre attrazioni. ”
