“Staff didn’t speak English too well waited two hours to check in when I already booked my room. We had to stand and wait for two hours almost in line to get our room. It was late. I was tired very upsetting. I thought my breakfast was included. it wasn’t I guess”

“All went well, from check-in to check-out. Staff made it a point to greet me with every in and out I made. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
