“Had to stay in Carthage for an extra night so decided to stay at Best western to give it a try. We got to the room really late and at 8 months pregnant all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. I had to leave my stuff in the car, so I hop in the shower just to find my self wet and there was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner. Nothing. Had to come out to the room to call front desk and their phone didn’t even work. I called them from my personal phone and had to wait soaking wet until they...

“Breakfast was great for this vegetarian and vegans in our party. Staff was very helpful and curious. However, the room was rather small for the price.”

“This is the only hotel in town where you can walk to the winery and restaurants. If you don’t want leave the hotel the bar and restaurant offer everything you you’d need. The town historical tour is easy to start from the hotel. On the 4 th of July the fireworks are on your doorstep. Because the hotel is a renovation from the past rooms very in size. Look at the room detentions when you book. My only negative is that rooms are cheaper on sites like Expedia. The hotel will not match the rates.”

“The property was clean and the staff was incredible! Lots of breakfast options and the pool was great! My only complaint was that the phone signal was terrible and you would have to continually log into the Wi-Fi.”

“The property obviously needs updating, but the staff were all friendly and the room met my needs. All that being said, it was priced accordingly. I will revisit. ”

“Breakfast was terrible. It tasted bad and there were few options. For some reason our room did not get cleaned. There were cracks in the window, sinks, and walls. Thank God there were no bugs. The staff is very friendly, but the facility has diminished.”

“The room was good sized and clean. I was able to check in earlier than scheduled. The refrigerator and microwave worked. It did not have a port to charge my phone so had to buy an adapter, which was no big deal. It is close to Walmart, fast food places and come night time, the main road is quiet.”

“I like to stay at holiday inn when there aren’t many options in a town, but this particular location was the worst. The staff is so rude and racist, no matter who it is. The room was ok, bed gave me a backache. Breakfast is meh.”
