“My room was absolutely filthy. Everything in the room was grossly dirty except the beds. There was dried vomit on the bathroom door & wall. There was dried urine around the bottom of the toilet. There was hair in the sink, sticky stains on the night stands, crumbs and debri all over the floor from the door to the bathroom. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted. The bedsheet was very clean but had several holes in it. The staff was extremely professional and helpful upon check in but...

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”
