“Great room, only issue we had was a strong smell of sewage coming directly from the toilet itself (this will require looking into; room 204) which kicked in later into the night; we didn’t realise the bathroom door was open and so the smell came into the room which was quite unpleasant. Closing the toilet lid and door did help somewhat, but it was unpleasant when using the bathroom. But otherwise the room itself was incredibly clean and great decor. Shame about the lack of dining options on...

“Hotel comodissimo perché in aeroporto, facilmente raggiungibile. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate e i letti hanno biancheria di pregio e materassi e cuscini che convogliano il sonno. ”

“Hotel vicino Gatwick, ok per una sola notte di passaggio ma per di più non è possibile. Il ristorante dell'albergo è temporaneamente chiuso, abbiamo dovuto ordinare da asporto per mangiare qualcosa, non c'erano neanche delle bottigliette d'acqua. All'arrivo richiesto deposito cauzionale di 50£ di cui non ero a conoscenza. Stanza familiare ampia ma troppo insalubre, muffa sulle pareti e umidità elevata. Ok parcheggio gratuito in loco e vicinanza alla fermata di un autobus. ”

“Fantastic team. Food ok. Not that much choice but fresh and tasty. Breakfast ok. Not vast choice, but enough to fill you up. Spa etc very good. Beautiful building. Spacious bedrooms ”

“Per una notte di passaggio va benissimo Tutto sommato la camera era pulita, ma il bagno lasciava a desiderare "molto" Il frigo NON lo aprite nemmeno potreste rimanere scioccati La cosa positiva e che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dall'aereoporto di Gatwick quindi pur di dormire fuori va bene se ci si adatta ovviamente ”
