“Celebrated a magical birthday with family at this perfect seaside getaway. Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips. We walked to Easton's Beach, to Flo's. my favorite clam shack. Easy drive to Sachuest (aka Second) my favorite beach, stopped at Sweetberry Farm, another favorite, en route. Easy drive to the center of Newport or Bellevue Avenue/Ocean Drive. “Chris was very friendly when we met him at the location. He gave us some great tips on places to eat and which days we should do a reservation for. The place is in a great location and walking to places was very convenient. Uber is there as well if you wanted to travel a little further or if you want the break from walking. We did find that we could have used or brought more to use in the kitchen. The coffee maker didn't work for us, but there is a little coffee shop right down the road so that...

“Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future”
