“Everything was great. Issues were we stayed for a while and didn’t get new towels, how to request TP if it was needed and how to get more garbage bags. People could see us showering from the steps up to the other room. Heard a few comments and laughter during shower time which made me aware we can be seen and confirmed you can still see. Also quiet time does not matter. Lot of screaming past 10pm. Almost to midnight of screaming from the pool. ”

“The property was under renovation when we went but we enjoyed our stay and preferred it as opposed to staying at some cheap disappointing and uncomfortable airbnb properties. The staff was friendly and helpful, pool was nice and the area was nice. We will be back. ”

“This unit exceeded expectations. Well designed, kind host, spacious unit. Basic towels and toiletries provided as well as a few beach towels. Immaculate view of Isla Verde Beach. Conveniently located next-door to the Fairmount ESJ hotel. Which has multiple restaurants and a casino. Easy access to the beach , loungers and umbrellas provided with a fee. Overall great experience perfect for family vacation to explore San Juan. We will definitely use this property again!”
