The shower curtain was filthy at the bottom and had boogers on it. The worst part was that immediately after entering the room, and entering the bathroom, we noticed an item sitting on top of the light fixture. We tried to see what it was and a glass tube that looked to be drug paraphernalia fell onto the floor and shattered. We...

“The water taps did not work.you had to force it to open.the shower tap was not any better The floors were never washed. Maybe vacuumed but that’s it The curtains were broken. The entrance door had to be forced to open. Unfortunately we could not cancel without losing our deposit. We would never stay again in this location”

Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“The hotel overall was just okay. The rooms seemed a little dated while the lobby and exterior seemed newish. I requested Early check in and was told they were full the night before so to come at regular check in time. I arrived at 5 pm and the was told the room wasn’t ready, the woman at the front desk was new and having issues with the system. “I booked through Expedia. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and we were being rebooked at a partner hotel- At Hone2. When we arrived there - they said they were never contacted by the first hotel and they were also booked! They were kind enough to call around- but there were no reservations available at any other partner hotels that night. We ended up driving an additional 2 hrs and paying more. Totally disappointed by the mistake but the lack of service from this...
