“What a great hotel! The room is modern and perfect for a short little stay. Only complaint was the time to get our car from valet. Took almost 30 minutes. I’d recommend they staff extra valet workers during peak checkout times to improve this. ”

The front desk was often unattended, and when we needed assistance, we had to repeatedly call with no answer. At one point, we actually had to raise our voices just to get someone to come to the desk, which is completely unacceptable. “The location was great! We were there multiple nights, they cleaned our room each night but forgot to leave clean towels one night and left their false lashes on out bathroom counter the next night. ”

The stuff was rude and walking barefoot also the rooms smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were stained, we also were hearing knocking noises at our door but there was no one there! “FALSE ADVERTISING AND DIRTY HOTEL. So, first off, they could not find our original reservation. The room that was booked was apparently no longer available. We booked that room for a reason, so not having that room was an additional expense for us. There was a cash-only deposit, but in order to get it back, they had to look at the room prior. Only one person was doing this, and she was so slow and taking forever. We had to forfeit our deposit because we had someplace to be and had already waited...
