“Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you. The phone system however was not working which was frustrating. My husband needed to physically walk down to the front desk to order room service (noone was answering when I called on my cell phone) and only the valet was there. So the valet was kind enough to take the order to the kitchen. “Room worked out perfect for our family , having the location across beach and a restaurant and bar in same place also great . We went off season so things were closed or closed early only issue we had also the check out they are very strict we had to wake up our baby to leave ”

“Parking was available on site. Room was spacious and clean. Within walking distance of the Washington street mall and dining. Beach immediately actoss the street and ocean views are lovely. Private balconies are private to the room, but immediately connected to the next balcony, so not necessarily "private". ”

“Had a number of issues when checking in, the keypad doors never seemed to work over the few days, and wonderfully there was no one at the front desk that could help. Most of the time it was locked, and you have to text or call a random number? Room service spent less than a minute in the room to pull out the main trash while dropping 3 bath towels and a garbage bag (while removing all the wet hand towels, bath mats, wash clothes, 3+ bath towels). It was awesome to have to try to hunt them down...

“The owners were so kind and welcoming, the place was lovely the provided free bikes for us to use which we did every day. The hotel is close to the boardwalk, and it was so nice and convenient for a late-night walk around. I'll definitely be coming here again.”

“Even though my emails from Expedia say I can pay at property. The hotel insisted that their policy is to pay within 7 days. I called the hotel bc my card was being charged 2 days prior to check in. I called and got a very rude staff member at the front desk names Coolie. She told me that if I didn't pay by end of day she would cancel my reservation. It all worked out but was handled very poorly. ”
