Hotel a Town of New Haven

“This was a fine space. Nothing in particular stands out good or bad. It was easy, clean, quiet, no problems. The restaurant on site was decent. Staff was neutral. Not much but a room to sleep in. No complaints.”

“We were there off season so many amenities were not in service. Still enjoyed the property and its proximity to the River and hiking. They could run a dust mop under the furniture. ”

“Clean room. Older everything- bathroom could use deep cleaning or tub/faucet replacement. Older toilet. Staff were very friendly!! Only picked up bottled juice for breakfast. No bottled water available. Adequate parking. Lot could be better lit. Close to Walmart and many restaurants.”

“Everything was fine. All in all clean and new. The only thing that could improve is that some cleaning in between during the breakfast would be appreciated. Especially when the kids as guests that mess around with the waffle dough and cereals. ”

“Carpet was dirty, no place for toiletries in bathroom, bathroom door didn’t latch, had to ask for hot water to make tea, only one handicapped parking spot. Convenient location but overpriced.”

“The base of the bed is metal. Any movement at all made the metal clang and screech. The fridge still needs defrosting”
