“Breakfast was simple and unimaginative. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was adequate. Desk staff tried to help but was completely uninformed about the lack of cable TV. There was no TV all weekend. ”

“Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. ”

“Room was not remodeled like the website claimed, my room looked nothing like the pictures. There’s minimal lighting, not good at all. Many of the amenities listed were not provided, room was not clean (someone else’s hair folded into the “clean” towels, white shaving cream stains all over the black wallpaper, hair in the shower & on the ceiling, glitter in the carpet, it’s never been dusted, bathroom door was caked with dust & toiletry products, etc), noisy guests… I gave it an extra star...

“I was given a room that wasn't cleaned. The bed was made, everything looked up to par until I went in the bathroom. The bathroom was a disaster with feces inside of the toilet”

“Hotel ok, in una zona di concessionarie auto, ma comodo per raggiungere gli Hamptons Camera a grande e pulita ma molto rumore di notte che proveniva dall’esterno Vorrei segnalare la signora alla reception al mio arrivo, maleducata, poco accomodante se non sgradevole, dovrebbe cambiare lavoro, non è adatta a stare a contatto con il pubblico ”

“Had some minor problems, Toilet paper holder was coming out the wall, the shower head fell as you were showering, and the drain stopper fell out. The breakfast was subpar. The home fries/ potatoes were under cooked, and the meat options were very limited. Didn’t have the best experience at this Homewood suites. ”
