The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were sad to discover that the hotel isn't pet friendly, but that was the only thing we could complain about.”

The room we were assigned looked significantly different from the online images and appeared to be in poor condition. Upon arrival, we found several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including what appeared to be pet waste embedded in the carpet (partially hidden by a chair), pet urine stains along the baseboards, and what appeared to be blood on a shelf in the bathroom. “Travel with family.. love the place”

“The room had other people’s hair on the desk, in the shower and on the entrance floor. I just have the feeling that the rooms are not vacuumed or cleaned well between visitors and I find that to be disgusting. Also I could hear everything the guy next door was doing. Pretty sad for the amount of money we pay for a room.”
