“Expensive for a very average stay. Breakfast was okay, but nothing to wake-up early for. The rooms were clean but did not smell fresh. Parking felt safe. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. ”

Tuesday & Wednesday evenings the manager has a get together with some food/drink to meet guests (if you desire to attend) Staff was friendly and actually did their jobs. Great location near restaurants and stores. Try out the wonderful Italian restaurant within walking distance. ”

“Towels had hairs on them when we first arrived and our sheets were not changed until we stripped the bed. However, front desk staff and bartenders were great”

“The room had ample space and a nice mattress. The appearance is good but functionally this hotel has some glitches. If you are tall you may like the high showerhead, however with a fixed glass enclosure on the controls side the only way to turn on the water is to stand in front of it and take a cold blast in the face. ”

“The second floor hallway had a terrible smell, the elevators were in disrepair (cracked tile, door opened very slowly like it was going to break, up and down arrows on second floor taped over), very sketchy area of town.”

We like the location, literally minutes away from CHS-Charleston airport without the noise you might expect. The rooms are clean, the breakfast better than you might expect”
