“We arrived late in the evening. After registration was completed and was given a room on the 4th floor was told the elevator did not work. I have bad hips and knees and my partner just had neck surgery. We had to make several trips to get what we needed up to the room. Sent us both into sever pain and limitations. Tried to do laundry but found out after all cleaning products and clothing was put in the machine that both machines weren't out of order. It was a mess. Eddie, at the front desk...

“The room was spotless. The breakfast was amazing. The French toast was a perfectly cooked qnd the breakfast potatoes were seasoned just right. There was something for everyone. Oh and yes the coffee was good. ”

“The room had a dead roach crushed on the wall, sticky floors, and random gobs of goop with hair in it sort of in random places along the walls and on the headboard when I entered. The shower was badly degraded - there was a hole worn all the way around where the shower head was supposed to join with the wall, so it was just hanging loose. There was a roach infestation and it was BAD, I saw my first roach while I was checking in and they were out and about even with all the lights on. No toilet...

“Our original room was infested with cockroaches. We asked to be moved to a different room., but 5 over 2 days is better than 35 in 40 minutes. The 2nd room was better, however the room above us was noisy all night, stomping and moving furniture across the floor between 1-4 in the morning. Maybe they had a roach problem. Needless to say, no one slept well in our room over 2 days. I would not recommend and will not return.”
