“This was my 2nd time staying here and I will stay again. It’s very modern and simple but has everything you need. Clean room and community areas, nice breakfast. I appreciated the blackout blinds too. Friendly and helpful staff as well.”

“The staff were awesome and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety (I loved the hours). The halls gave an outdated feel and were a bit stuffy, but the room itself was pretty great.”

“This is basically a shelter for people in displacement. I found roaches on my first day, our room door key mechanism stop working day before checking out, had to wait in lobby 2.5hrs with a special need child, housekeeping are nasty, regret staying here, never again! I won’t be back do not stay here!”

“I never stayed at property. Expedia took money prior for a “pay st checkin” - I canceled the reservation. Property never received the funds. Multiple attempts with Expedia cannot get refund of $475.+. Expedia is perpetrating fraud. I will pursue and report to every social media what a scam Expedia is. I will never use them again!”

“Clean updated rooms, less so in halls. Pretty good hot breakfast with several options. Have to put towels in hall to get fresh ones, and room cleaning.”

“The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. The location is a little rough but nothing the hotel can do about that.”

“The property was clean; a few loud clients over the weekends. A receptionist barely understanding you due to language barrier. A kind and knowledgeable receptionist which was helpful and pleasant made my stay wonderful.”

“Dirty room, AC leaked all over the floor, moldy couch, and smells off. I’m not expecting perfection but I expect basic standards to be met so I don’t feel like I’m rolling in filth.”
