“Great room ”

“Tru hotel was the most beautiful place to stay. I absolutely loved all the bright colors. The interarea designer is truly gifted. Tur by Hilton made me happy. The carpet color lovely. the furniture in the lobby and the way of the arrangement so lovely. My room was clean and inviting. My only complaints were that the mini refrigerator did not cool. and the fact that I had to leave the room and travel downstairs to use the microwave because there was no microwave in my room. “Shower was not hot. Room was not refreshed, had to ask. I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't. The breakfast/lunch counter was sub par. ”

“Clean room, staff was great! Breakfast was decent, but not as fresh or as many options as I would have preferred. Air conditioning worked well. ”

“The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The property is a little dated and could use a refresh considering the other options in the area. I didn’t feel “unsafe” here but there was a heavy police presence the morning we checked out for some suspected prostitution going on in the area. My wife and I saw a man detained and cuffed for 30 minutes and that prevented us from leaving. ”
