“Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.”

“Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

“If you need a budget hotel close to river walk, your better off with red roof inn. This is the worst motel 6 i have ever stayed at. ”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Property looks nothing like pictures. Dirty, floor was soaking wet. They do not honor online prices and added room fees for being under $50. Charge $5 for using a card to pay. Wouldn't even give us an extra pillow. Terrible. Terrible ”

“There are a few things you should know before you book. This property is nice. We had a good stay, but immediately upon arrival you will realize that there are many rules to abide by or you will lose your deposit. It became a running joke between all of us during our stay. We were actually very careful to try to do everything correctly so that we would not lose the deposit. We took very good care of the home. “Overall, the hotel stay was good—the room was clean, beautifully designed, and comfortable. However, there were several serious issues affecting rest. First, the room faces the street, and noise from pedestrians and traffic is noticeable. We stayed on the first floor, and the windows are fully transparent without any privacy film.
