“Lobby was very clean”

“My key did not work. When I informed the desk they apologized and gave me the room next door.”

“The room was large. The shower drain didn’t drain well so it pooled up. Furniture in the room was tearing and torn up. Overall a clean budget hotel.”

“I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 3 adults and a child. Checked in after 10 pm and had to wait a long time at the front desk for our key. Upon getting to the room only to find it had 1 king bed. Returned to front desk and waited in another long line only to find out they were sold out and that was the last room. Single person at front desk had to keep leaving to find a second staff person to help. They said it was my fault for reserving online as you can only get accurate information about...
