“Terrible experience. First we had to change the room because of nosy neighbour having party in the room all naked with the window open. It seemed a normal attitude as we noticed several people going there to have parties.
In the second room we had bed bugs and both of us have been bitten al body,

“The hotel was SUPER CLEAN as was our room.
The only complaint that I had was that there really needed to be a person available to help with questions, concerns, towels, etc. The Kiosk cannot help with those type things.
Great location! Will definitely stay here again!!”
“We always love our stays at The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. The rooms are great, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, food and drink are on point. The pools and slides are so fun and the property has so many extras and fun environments to explore. ”
