In addition, you can rent the replica Villa next door. The houses connect threw the backyard making this property perfect for larger groups of 25-30 people, multiple-family vacation, wedding, bachelor/bachelorette, parties, etc.

This house has an open concept that makes it perfect for gathering with friends and family. The private large backyard has a luxurious pool, relaxing garden with a hammock and nature view from your terrace.

If you are looking to have a siesta and a fiesta as this is the perfect house for your next vacation. It is conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, fitness center, beauty salons, pharmacy & everything you may need during your stay in Tulum.

The Villa is in the exclusive community called Aldea Zama. Aldea Zama is designed for those that are tired of city life and want to live in a more private, safe, and natural environment.

It is a prime location for your living part-time or full-time. Aldea Zama is 1 mile away from white powdery beaches, blue skies, clear air, and the most beautiful sunsets you could imagine. The community also has an area with boutique’s, bars, restaurants, markets, gyms and pharmacy’s. You will not have to leave the community, everything you need is in walking distance.

The Mayan culture is an integral part of Tulum’s history and it inspires all aspects of Aldea Zama life. You will experience this magical energy as soon as you arrive here.

You can easily get to everything inside the Aldea Zama community by walking. Walking to Centro Tulum or the Hotel Beach Zona will take about 20 minutes. We suggest taking a short 5-7 minute bike ride unless you really love walking. At night we would suggest renting a one of the many taxis.
Internet disclaimer: We have the best internet provider in Tulum, however,internet in Tulum is not as good as in the big cities. We are always available and ready to contact the internet provider if it's not working correctly.

**Electricity disclaimer: Electricity in Tulum town is provided by CFE. Though is rare, it had happened that they cut electricity without notice. This circumstance is beyond our control. We will always be available to call CFE if their service goes down.

At our Tulum accommodations, we prioritize environmental protection by using advanced AC units designed to minimize energy waste. These units are active only when guests are in their rooms with the doors closed, preventing unnecessary energy consumption when the house is unoccupied. Amazing Stay and Location

The pictures aren't doing this property justice - every room was accommodating, large and so calming. The location is A++! In one mile, you can be at the beach or in downtown Tulum at the best restaurants and night life. Stephanie (the host) was very detailed, and her communication was always prompt! Overall we loved the entire experience and would love to return!
