“Big modern room and well kept property ”

“When I tried to check in I was told I would have to wait because the rooms were not ready. The clerk seemed overwhelmed and was short with most guests approaching the desk. The clerk told others after me she wasn’t supposed to be there and really didn’t know when we would be able to check in. I waited about an 45 minutes after check in time to get a room. My room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel even though it was not an ideal check in. ”

“Good location, clean, decent breakfast”

“The pool was dirty. The hotel was very noisy. People were outside playing loud music. The people in the room above me walked and jumped up and down all night. The mini fridge was making a loud humming noise. The room was clean and spacious which was a plus. The front desk worker was very nice. I will never stay here again! I didnt get much sleep!”

“The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it.”

“Staff was accommodating when we arrived early. Room was very comfortable and clean. Love the Olay products in the bathroom. ”

“Room was perfect for 2 people who like to watch different TV stations, separate bathrooms, Best was comfortable beds and complimentary beverages and snacks on the floor where you stayed. Restaurant food was very good! I would choose to stay here if this hotel was in other cities.”

“room 105---I could not get the fan on the unit to stay on to cover up the noise from near by rooms.”

“The staff really tried hard and were very polite but I think there were back of house staffing issues that put them in a bad spot. That’s the only reason I rates it lower on service. There were a lot of people waiting on rooms well past check-in time. I booked a double queen room and it still wasn’t ready at almost seven and we had children to get to bed so I took the only option I was given and had my whole family in one bed. “Property is very clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff, Dana, was exceptional and ensured I had what I needed to have a great experience.”

“Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again.”
