“Ein Juwel außerhalb von Dumaguete. Das Resort hat nur vier Zimmer / Suiten. Sehr groß, sehr sauber.
In dem schönen Garten befindet sich der Pool sowie in einem separaten Gebäude die Reception, Küche und Restaurant.
Sehr ruhige ( und etwas abgelegene Lage). Allerdings kein Problem, der sehr oft fahrende Bus ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Team, dass unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.

“Petit hôtel de 4 chambres avec des espaces communs très soignés. Le personnel est aux petits soins, et le restaurant est très convenable.
L'hôtel est en retrait de la route principale et domine la mer, mais sans moyen de transport cela peut être compliqué de loger ici. L'hôtel nous a arrangé une location de scooter, qui nous a été très utile.
A noter qu'il n'y a pas d'accès à la mer, et pas de plage.
Bon point de chute pour ceux qui veulent aller vers Twin Lakes, Sand bar, ou vers le sud de...

“The building is new so everthing functions as it should , a brown occurred and the generator back up was available. Good water pressure and good wifi , hot showers ”

“The whole place is just such a great vibe. The huts to stay in are adorable. The bed was super comfortable. The pool and restaurant area are great as well and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed just one night but it was super close to the airport, which was perfect for what we needed. The on-site restaurant was very convenient and breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again!”

“The property is in a good position for Sibulan Airport and shopping and eating at Robinsons mall.
Although the property could do with a little touch up with a coat of paint, it was generally in very good condition and Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good value for money.
Definitely will stay again when visiting Dumaguete.

“Rovira Suites is the best place to stay in Dumaguete. No competitor has really put together the same level of products and services. From tooth brushes you'd actually not mind taking home, to soft pillows that don't leave you with a sore neck, they've got it all down correctly. A suggestion I would offer to the management is being a bit more prompt on cleaning up what the customers leave behind would help greatly to maintain the brand.”

“Hotle just in the center of the city and with malls and shops just out of the door. You have hospitals, schools, churches, market, anything around! The room is big and confortable, desk tv. The bathroom has good quality wc and hot water shower. There is a coffee shop at second floor. The reception is open 24h. Very gentle employees. I had more than expected. Really good experience. ”

The two most significant 'negatives' are: location next to several schools results in heavy traffic, especially between 3-6 PM. Also, water pressure in rooms is somewhat weak and water temperature lukewarm.”
