There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. “Very nice, cozy and 99% of my experience was excellent. The other 1% was not so great. I went to the front desk multiple times in the course of an hour to return a hairdryer that shorted out. The desk attendant was on the the phone screaming at someone and didn't acknowledge me. Once he was done screaming, he curly took the hairdryer and was extremely rude. “The kitchenette in both rooms our family rented had stove tops that didn't heat to boiling...hard to cook shrimp. As a result, we ended up having to eat out which is expensive! One of the rooms did not have a full refrigerator just an apartment size fridge. We picked this hotel for the convenience of a kitchenette because we were traveling with my grandchildren. “When I arrived the room was was very wet, liked a door or ac unit leaked. I tried phoning front desk but nobody answered. A young man came to see where the leak was but couldn't find anything, then asked if he could clean up the floor for me, which he did. Then walked out without a word. The room decor and furnishings are tired and amenities like coffee and shampoo are poor quality. Good location though, but there is a public parking lot between the hotel and beach. “The owners seem like very kind people and initially when I walked into the room it looked renovated and very cute! However, this place has SERIOUS mold issue. In the air vent, the ceiling light, and especially underneath the sink. It looks like the issue has not been addressed in the slightest. Like they just painted over the issues with cute decor. You can tell by how the place smells that there is a mold issue. When I saw underneath the sink I got so worried I slept with a mask on all night...

“The location of the property was excellent, and the facility was very clean stealth very helpful. What my complaint is we had trouble with the stool not flushing. The water in the bathtub was very very, very slow about draining all in all I would go back.”

“Staff was very friendly and property was very clean. Pool is well maintained and breakfast is served every morning with many different options. About 10 mins from public beach access and there is an Asian restaurant just out front. Definitely worth the price if you are looking for something more affordable with many amenities!”

“Great beach. Many pools. Very spacious bedrooms, living room and full kitchen. Large bathrooms. Lots of activities. Would have liked a restaurant on property for breakfast. Marriott needs to spend a few more bucks on toilet paper (not a joke).”
