Ocean side room views and location of the hotel are great, however the hotel does need some TLC. I would not recommend rooms facing away from the ocean as there are probably better less expensive options at other hotels.

Sea And Breeze Hotel And Condo
The toliet tank cover was too big. So it would bang against the wall every time you sit on the toilet. The swing bar door lock was loose and didn't work. You can tell that this place was probably recently renovated it's almost like putting lipstick on a pig. My room was right across from the elevator ...

Desoto Beach Terraces
Comfortable beds with beautiful view. Somewhat basic, no bathmats, one towel per person, kitchen table dirty No oven mitts, kitchen towels or way to clean pots and pans. Make sure you bring your own. Out of date tvs and love seat cushions coming apart A/c worked great its a good unit for larger groups. ...

Admiral's Inn on Tybee Island
Super clean room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and hot water. Everything in the room worked great. Helpful staff. The cleanliness is just superb. Warning, no elevator, so ask to stay on first floor!
