Guest house a Tyler

“The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together.”

“Loved this hotel. Highly recommend. On premises bar & restaurant for breakfast & dinner. Staff was great. Definitely staying here again & any other Delta Marriott hotels we may come across in our travels.”

“Beautifully decorated room, fantastic bathroom and very comfortable beds. Best hotel stay we have had in a long time.”

“Very nice place friendly staff enjoyed watching the games in the lobby”

“Kept my 50$ deposit from last stay had reservation for 10/3/26 which I booked on line and paid for and then he refused to let me stay saying my card was declined. How is the card declined when you pay on the app and have confirmation number and literary number and Expedia says it was paid for”

“Great value for the price. Good location minutes away from the historic State Street. Basic amenities.Needs some maintenance: bathroom sink drained slowly and one entrance door out of order. Coffee was good. We could have used some tissues in our room.”

“Rooms not properly maintained.”

“The employee at the front desk was awesome”

“Very lovely spot. The bathroom is amazingly beautiful. It’s a great spot for dogs and host was very friendly and accommodating!”

“Very nice place. Had toys, bowls and beds for my pups. Very cozy and comfortable. Would def rent again if ever in the area.”

“Clean. Host responded fast. Close to yhe racetrack. Perfect for what we needed!”

“The place is super cute! The only downside was that the bed is a double, not a queen as advertised. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!”

“This is a great place to stay if you are spending any time around Mendota. Vickie, the host, is a very accommodating and thoughtfully detailed person who thinks about all kinds of situations that a guest could want or need. The home is spacious and very clean. This is definitely a 5 star host. We will be back.”
