“This hotel is spectacular, just beyond describable. It’s so wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff is like family to everyone. The downstairs restaurant is one of the best meals we’ve had in the state of Tennessee and we’ve lived here 10 years. I can’t wait to go back.”

“Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Close to mall and places to eat. The hotel is getting a renovation so construction workers were there at 8:00 am. Otherwise, rating across the board, would have been excellent! Will stay there again. ”
