Hotel vicino a UBC Botanical Garden - Vancouver

“Ho avuto una multa nel oarcheggio nel quale ero autorizzato a parcheggiare (mi era,stata,data,anche la chiave elettronica per entrarci). Al checkout ho chiesto informazioni all' addetta alla reception la quale mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi e che ci avrebbe pensato lei. Ora ho ricevuto l' avviso via mail di pagare l' importo.”

“Randy was an incredible host. I didn’t have the opportunity to meet his wife Pam unfortunately but she kept our room clean and bed freshly made. Was a nice touch to have a welcome message upon arrival, 2 cookies in room with flowers and a goodbye note upon leaving. Coffee and hot meal for breakfast was perfect way to start if the day! It was a home away from home. It was my first experience of a B&B and I quite enjoyed it. Property location was great and a parking spot also appreciated. Thanks...

“Hotel and location were great. Mixup on the reservation meant that I was charged double- once through a travel service and then directly through the hotel. The hotel would not refund the duplicate booking so I paid twice for one room. This was disappointing, in addition to being woken up in the middle of the night by a person screaming obscenities outside of my son’s room. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.”

“Granville Island is a great place to relax. Just stay on the island and explore or walk the walkways to Kits. Great place”

“We were in an executive suite. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was ok. However, the kitchen utensils were very dirty, and I was surprised that the balcony had not been equipped with spikes or something else to keep away the great number of pigeons swarming about. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee finished very early, and no more was brought. The setup was weird, because you had to bring down your own tray and cups, get food, and go eat it in your room. “I wouldn't stay here again. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the blanket provided was thin so I was cold throughout the night. Quite a lot of street noise, complimentary ear plugs did help however, but not ideal. It's very over priced for what it is.”
