“The hotel was fine. No one picked up the phone anytime we called before we got there and it is not a very kids friendly hotel. I would say for luxury it definitely was very luxurious but it was not very kids friendly.”

“This is wonderful hotel. The staff are attentive, helpful and kind. The hotel has a “boutique” feel. Our favorite place was the garden, especially in the mornings with a latte. Comfortable bed, ridiculously modern bathroom with rainfall shower head. It was convenient to UCLA and in the middle of everything at Westwood Village. We would definitely stay again.”

“Good hotel in a central and safe area, just steps from Beverly Hills. We requested a room change and were accommodated immediately. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as was the valet, who was very courteous. The hotel itself is somewhat dated; our suite was very large and almost too spacious, with a lot of empty areas. The TVs were quite old, but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms with balconies were a bit noisy, as they all face the main street, but nothing too bothersome.”

“I wanted to stay at this property with my girlfriend because there are some events in the area that we like that are close to this hotel. My girlfriend got sick a few days before the event so we could not use the reservation. We asked Expedia if we could move the date and we were shown a "move penalty" fee of almost more than the price of just booking another hotel room.
