“My partner and I enjoyed our stay mainly due to the staff and the nice room. The front desk staff, especially this young lady (didn’t catch her name), were so welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel location is so convenient right on UCLA campus for all of our plans. There are thoughtful decorations about UCLA and LA history in the hotel and rooms, which I enjoyed. They also had a book about their restaurant, Plateia. “Hotel is great overall! Quality is on par with what I’ve come to expect from Marriott. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Restaurant and lounge offer a broad selection of choices and are focused on service. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed with quality linens, comfortable bedding, and seating area. If there were any criticism, I’d say that an in-room coffee maker is definitely a miss on this otherwise quality Marriott/W Brand hotel.”

“Having the option of using a breakfast tray was very helpful. My mom was recovering from eye surgery and unable to come to the lobby for breakfast. The tray was worth its weight in gold. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was exceptional. Thank you! We will sta again and recommend you to others. ”
