L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”

“This hotel was okay for a quick overnight stay. It needs a good deep cleaning, it seems quite grubby everywhere. The bed was comfy, but the bathroom wasn't very clean, an orange ring of grime around the drain in the tub and the tap was not very clean. The towels were very old and worn out. One bonus is the airport shuttle, though make sure you leave yourself enough time as it doesn't matter if you book it for a specific time, they are late. “no towel in the room. Pillow cases are extremely dirty and disgusting. No breakfast as advertised at all. Will not recommend to anyone and will never stay there again.”

“This place is very old. Everything needs to be updated. Everything in bathrooms need to be replace and room furniture. No elevator, not good for senior and people who can’t take the step.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi was iffy to connect at times. It was not password protected. The room kitchen was nice. Dishes, pots and pans on request at front desk. There was an elevator. Good parking. Easy on-off I-84. Coffee bar in am.”

“While we only stayed a short time, room was comfortable and clean, property was very nice, minimal interaction with staff was very friendly and having four eateries within a minutes walk was very convenient.”

“The staff was kind and helpful. The check in staff was one person training another and also working the bar and cafe. She was pleasant and friendly the whole time. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not! We were essentially just laying on the bed with no pillows because there was nothing to them. No support. The shower did not drain while showering. The hotel is close to a ton of amenities. ”

“We had a family emergency so a lot of the family had to come to Hartford. I booked this room due to the close location to the UConn Hospital and the family home in Rocky Hill. 2 other family members also ended up booking rooms here. The property was not what we expected. The lobby wasn't clean, the elevator was broken almost everyday, the reception wasn't amply staffed; as a result, our stay wasn't the best. However, the rooms were clean, so that was a plus.”
