"Average hotel but few things: the lights in the room required to be lit singularly everywhere to get some light, very strange to not get them on in the evening after the entrance. Few extra steps required to access the floor of our room after the elevator, not tragic but strange and annoying when carrying heavy luggage. Recommended to use always the privacy card on the door to avoid the cleaning personnel entering your room at 9:00am, even the day of check out. No water bottle available in the room, to be purchased separately at the vending machine on the last floor. For such category of hotel at least 2 free water bottle on the arrival in the room is expected."

"Comodo per visitare chicago essendo situato nel loop. Diverse possibilità di ristorazione nei dintorni, una addirittura nell'hotel stesso. Dal sito le camere sembrano molto più grandi. "

"Le foto sul sito non Corispondono per niente alla realtà. Stanza piccola bagno minuscolo e senza la vasca come in foto. Non c’è e nemmeno il sapone il wifi non funziona e quando lo chiedo al concierge mi risponde che non è di sua competenza. Riscaldamento super rumoroso. Non esiste servizio in camera e il concierge non er stato gentile per niente. Niente acqua in camera. Se la sua vuole costa 8 euro a bottiglia. Veramente pessima esperienza "
