“I guess they must give EXPEDIA bookers the least desirable rooms....? In my case, even though it was on the 13th floor, my room overlooked a construction site that went all ALL NIGHT! There is no excuse for that, it is a construction site for a new skyscraper that will go on for many months and the noise is constant.
The staff is friendly but who assigns the rooms is NOT !”

“Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Hotel is extremely upscale and worked for us really well. Rooms were comfortable and amenities were great. Breakfast included so that was a major extra plus. AC didn’t work in our room initially but they gave us a new room so it was okay. Overall good stay”
