“Excellent location, close to all attractions in Austin. Spacious condos, modern styles. Easy parking, I literally felt like being at home there. The only negative was the AC's lowest temperature set point was 68 degrees, not the perfect temperature for my sleep, and the rooms were a bit less cold than the living room because of the limited air pressure. That was a struggle; I like my room to be colder. Absolutely recommended!”

“Be aware before booking. During our stay, several cars including ours were towed from the parking lot. At check-in, you’re given a small paper to place on your dashboard as a parking permit. Before leaving our car, I specifically noticed the permit on the dashboard. However, after our car was towed, we were told it wasn’t visible, and the permit was nowhere to be found. “I didn't care for the customer service. Loud movements upstairs. I was there for work, asked to be on the 4th floor, but was told my room type couldn't put me on the 4th floor. I didn't get much sleep. Wouldn't stay back there again.”

“I’ve stayed in several hotels where they have a breakfast buffet,but this one was the worse. In every hotel that I have stayed there has always been someone keeping up with the cleanliness of the breakfast area. This one was a total mess food thrown all over the floor counters full of food. I know the adults staying there should be the ones picking up after themselves, but of course that’s not the case here. “Quiet location sets behind Target store and walking distance to IHOP, Panda and McDonalds. Within blocks from the local HEB store if you need overnight snacks etc. Great place to have in Kyle, Tx, as I won't stay anywhere else when in town. The friendly staff greets you and the friendliest ladies that make your breakfast.”

“The outside of property is old and needs a face lift. The bathroom/tub etc looked new. A good value but probably wouldn’t stay again.”
