“The fire alarm went off at midnight and there was no one staffing the front desk to assist. The lights are wonky. The elevator didn’t work going down from the 4th floor. Pros: the room was clean and seemed brand new. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness to the welcoming staff. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the space felt more like an upscale apartment than a hotel suite. The location is ideal, just minutes from Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and Lady Bird Lake. The rooftop seating area was beautiful, with a lovely view that made the experience even more memorable.””

“First I only booked the room due to it advertising that there was a hot tub. False they do not. I mentioned that and the front desk said there’s nothing they do for advertisement. The room keys didn’t work so they switched our rooms and again the room keys stopped working, went to take a hot bath and the tub had rust along with the faucets, I took pictures and showed the front desk and they said that had do with house keeping. I asked to speak to a manager and wanted a refund and was told I’d...

“Back door stays unlocked and a stranger just walked in off the streets to go eat breakfast. Can they add sanitizer somewhere in the lobby”

“No cleaning, many things not working at the room. The staff is just there but they not even say anything not even a “good morning”. Very bad hotel in very bad conditions.”
