“Great stay at Chill Suites. Checkin went smoothly and quickly. Staff were on hand via watsapp if needed. Room was very clean when we arrived and cleaned thoroughly on request. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for Jalan Alor street, LaLaport mall and Berjaya Times Square a 10mins walk. Hang Tua station lees than 10 mins away and is the nearest station. ”

“The room had plenty of space, was modern, and clean. We had a great view. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and included a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The staff was all very professional and attentive. The hotel offered a lot of amenities like a gym, pools, and a game room, in addition to a bar and restaurant. The location was great- there is a ton of shopping and dining options in the area.”

“Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again.”

“Cleanliness, Amenities, Location: Room is clean and of comfortable size, kettle is available for the tea/coffee provided in the room, hot/cold water pressure and drainage in the shower room is great, hotel is conveniently located near shopping buildings as well as train stations. Also, the excellent breakfast spread.”
