“屋外プールから見るタモン湾が、とても綺麗でした。また、施設自体が新しいので、どこで過ごしている時も快適でした。 フロントはもちろん、朝食会場、プールと、どこにいるスタッフの方も親切で、安心して宿泊することができました。また、日系ホテルだけあって、フロントのスタッフの方は、日本語も完璧です。 朝食は、一日ではとても食べきれないようなメニューの多さです。現地のチャモロ料理などのほか、そばやうどん、納豆、みそ汁まであります。 ホテルニッコーグアムとレストランやプール等の提携があるので、提携内容についても確認しておくとよいと思います。”

“客室のシャワールームはやや汚れがありましたが、他のグアムのホテルと比べると全然許容できるレベルです。プール自体は、2歳児の子供でも遊べるため、非常に良かったです”

“Good place and location but the property start showing the age, club lounge disappointing as food selection and quality is poor especially for breakfast, Great view from the balcony and good feature can use Dusit Thani resort pool, much newer and luxury property”

“This hotel was overall good experience. The ocean view was very good. The bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and the room also had a large tub. Was some bird waste on the balcony. The elevators go to there destination quickly. Staff was great. Starbucks and Bar on property. Many good pools and gym for guests. Love the aesthetic art near the beach.”

“The staff are nice and friendly but the property is dirty. There’s dead worm on the pool and it was dirty. The hallways have a bird poo, dead insects, and worm.”

“The property is old, but close to the airport, and faculty are super nice and responsive, anything happens they are willing to help, front desk is so helpful and very accommodating.”

“The staff and workers were great and very helpful. The air conditioning system was very good and the tv was working. My only complaint is that it wasn’t clean(birth room and shower)the bedding was trash. The room needs to be aired as it was so stuffy and damp. Parking was also great”
