“日系ホテルなのにほぼ日本語が通じませんでした。”

“他の投稿にもあるが、部屋に小さな虫がたくさんいるので、虫がダメな人は無理だろうと思う。 明細はしっかりかくにんしたほうがよい。ビーチでの利用がボッタクられたうえ、チェックアウト時明細が欲しいと言ったら、ないと言われ、その場で2部屋目の細かい内訳が確認できなかったのでフライトが近い時間なので、後でと思って、、後日確認後、間違いがあり、返金お願いしたら全く返信ない。できるできないにしても、返信くらいは必要では。 不誠実極まりない、もちろんリピートなどしないし、おすすめもしない。”

“オーシャンビューのお部屋からの景色が最高でした。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりや空港までのタクシー手配など、細かな対応もしていただき、大変満足しています。 タクシーはホテルと連携しているENZO TAXIを手配していただきました。担当の運転手さんが日本語を話せる方で、英語にあまり自信のない私にはとてもありがたかったです。”

“The air conditioning worked well, the bed/bathroom were clean and comfortable. Sligt mildew smell in the reception area, but not bad. Its a no frills hotel in a good location with cross street shopping and restaurants. ”

“本次入住1121 ，但房間的淋浴室，洗澡時會漏水到浴室的地板上，維修工程師很認真的修理，但應該是過於老舊而無法修好，後來幫我們換到1123號房間，但是淋浴室還是會有少許漏水的問題，另外也有浴缸水龍頭只有溫水沒有熱水狀況，這樣的住宿品質讓人感覺的困擾，白天遊玩後晚上回到房間卻不能好好休息⋯”

“The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. ”

“１部屋にベッドが4台あり、バス、トイレ、2か所、キッチンもありとてもゆったりと過ごせます ミニショップは飲み物、お菓子、パン、ラーメンの他揃っているので助かります 日本人の宿泊者は少ないですがホテルロードにあるので立地もいいです ３階建ての棟がいくつかあり、それぞれ駐車スペースから近く部屋まで長く歩かなくても済みます 部屋のTVがネットに繋がっていなかったのでフロントに連絡をするとすぐに担当の方が来てつないでくれました。対応も良かったです 新しいホテルもいいですが、グアムらしい昔ながらのホテルも気に入っています”

“I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t.
