“I was very disappointed that our rooms were not cleaned daily. We had to make our own beds. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was only vacuumed 1 time. The window seals in the dining room were full of dead gnats and a spider. Plus the breakfast attended was not very happy with her duties and was not very nice. We had to go get clean towels.”

“The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu.”

“The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t...

“Everything met our needs”

“Had to get 3 new sets of sheets and covers and they were still all dirty , the shower handle came off . Horrible horrible experience!! Came in town for the holiday and I’ll never stay at this place again”

“The woman at the front desk for check-in was so nice, helpful and informative. She had no issue when I returned to the desk with two bath towels and a hand towel that appeared to still be dirty. The room was FREEZING and smelled like stale pot smoke. One bed had holes in the sheets and "comforter." The beds were way too squishy. When I sat on the edge, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. “Comfortable”

“The facility was very dirty. Bugs were everywhere, even in the rooms and showers. Opening and closing the doors made so much noise. The breakfast could’ve been better if there were no flys around. I understand there was construction going on but then you keep the customers away from that floor or atleast give them rooms that aren’t affected by it. The best part of the whole experience was the waffle maker. Other than that NEVER staying there again.”

“It was terrible it took like three minutes to get my hair wet in the shower. I have short hair and black mold on the ceiling,dirty toilet, stains on the sheets and no smoking room. Guess what if you don't smoke you will get a room with burn holes in the floor and smoke smell.”
