I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. ”

“Close to shops and mall”

“I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot.”

“4 stars for Staff. The Front Desk Staff - GREAT! Mia at the Front Desk - lovely person. The Room Cleaners - let’s put it this way, if you’re only staying 2 or 3 nights, make your own bed and keep them out of your room. If you have to let them in, lock up all of your stuff.”

“hair in our beds”

“Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked. ”
