“Nice”

“Room was clean the staff nice the property is dated and needs a lot of cleaning up their phone system didn't even work”

“Breakfast was good, but it could use a protein. Rooms curtains were torn up, but I'm used to it”

“I attempted to check in when i made reservation to sleep there for the night and no one was at front desk neither did they answer the phone when i called reservations center to transfer call to the office”

“I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM.”

“We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. They hadto bring a chair for us.noticed room cold found a window open .there was only one partial roll toilet paper no extra one.again had to ask for another roll there was...

“Breakfast was terrible limited choices. Out of coffee Had to ask turn things back on even though breakfast wasn’t over yet. And all in construction and the halls and rooms are in poor shape ”

“It would take a little bit more to do a better cleaning.”

“Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. ”

“The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. ”

“We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again!”

“From the minute we walked in to the minute we left it was a grest experience. Very clean, welcoming and a beautiful hotel. Shout out to Penny at the front desk and also all the grille restaurant members. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again next year. We travel alot and this was probably one of our best stays ”

“My daughter and I came for the pool area the hot tub was completely closed off and not working and the pool was not very clean the water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom of the pool. There were no pool towels on the first day we had to ask a couple times up front and the next day there were a few in the morning. When we checked in at 3:15 most of the rooms were not cleaned because they said housekeeping was running behind”
