“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“This place is horrible.Early morning lots of noise, people next door fighting. Floor above us was like someone moving in at 8am in the morning. Called the FD to make a complaint but the issue was never resolved they said no one is in the room above us which is insane. In addition to that none of the ice machines works on either floors. Tv has no internet.”

“I was under the impression that the continental breakfast came with the room price, I was unpleasantly surprised when I had to pay $50 extra dollars for a breakfast I had already expected to have available to me with the price of the room. That really bothered me. ”

“Room was awful. Very dirty and mold everywhere. Pot smokers outside our room was terrible. There was quite a gap in the door, so we smelled it all night. We won't ever go back there again. ”

“They did not have my reservation. Check in took about 40 minutes. Desk personnel’s key would not work so she had to climb over her counter. Police arrived due to someone calling 911-staff was indifferent and bothered by this. No washcloths. This location is NOT the Methuen Conference Center anymore. They have blue tape covering all emblems and logos that I say that. Staff said that it is a Days Inn. I would not have booked there had I known. ”
